DO I NEED TO BRING THE CREDIT CARD I BOOKED WITH IF I HAVE AN E-TICKET?
No you don’t, either bring along your e-ticket on your smartphone or a printed version of it.
DO I NEED TO BE A MEMBER TO BUY TICKETS ONLINE?
No, all customers are welcome to purchase tickets online, but you will save money if you are a member. Haven't heard about our membership scheme yet? For further information please visit our membership page.
WILL I GET A REFUND IF I CAN’T MAKE THE SCREENING?
No, cinema tickets are non-refundable.
HOW LONG ARE YOUR ADS AND TRAILERS?
Our pre-film programme is roughly 20 minutes long. Please note that certain special events don't have any ads or trailers so the film will start at the time advertised. You will always be notified of this on the film's webpage.
WHAT ARE RELAXED SCREENINGS?
At these screenings, we create a relaxed and welcoming environment especially for people on the autism spectrum or with sensory sensitivity, learning disabilities and/or additional needs and their families, friends and carers. Adjustments made:
• Lights left on low throughout the film
• Reduced volume
• Freedom to move around and make noise
CAN SOMEONE UNDER THE AGE REQUIREMENT TO SEE A 15 OR 18 RATED FILM WATCH WITH AN ACCOMPANYING ADULT?
To see a 15 or 18 rated film one has to be of that age. We take the BBFC ratings very seriously, and check IDs to confirm the age of those who may look younger than the film's certificate. If we have any doubts of a customer's age we reserve the right to refuse entrance, so please make sure to bring ID. We do not consider a parent confirming the child's age as sufficient proof of age.
CAN I BRING MY BABY TO REGULAR SCREENINGS?
Unfortunately not. However, we host Baby+1 screenings for new releases every week. Babies under 12 months are welcome in the screening, and the lights will be slightly turned up. Babies under 12 months can only attend the carer and baby screenings or films with a U or PG rating.
MY CHILD IS TWO YEARS OLD, CAN WE STILL COME TO THE BABY+1 SCREENING?
Where the film's certificate is U or PG, older children may also attend, as long as they are accompanying the carer and baby (under 12 months).
ARE YOU DOG FRIENDLY?
Friendly dogs are welcome in the bar and cafe area! We just ask that you keep furry paws off the furniture. Only trained service dogs are allowed in the cinema screens.
HOW CAN I BOOK TICKETS?
To book tickets online please visit our What's On page, select a film and time and click through to the booking page. Alternatively you can buy tickets on site at our Box Office.
DO I NEED TO PRE BOOK TICKETS?
It’s advisable to book your tickets in advance to avoid disappointment, however it is not compulsory.
I LEFT A PERSONAL ITEM AT ONE OF YOUR CINEMAS LAST NIGHT, HOW CAN I CONTACT THE VENUE?
A log is kept of all lost and found items. Please contact venue supervisor on info@ealingproject.co.uk to see if your item has been found and to arrange collection.
CAN I BRING FOOD FROM OUTSIDE?
Please note alcohol and hot food from outside cannot be consumed on site.
HOW LONG WILL A FILM BE SHOWING FOR?
We are unable to confirm how long we will commit to a film for, as we arrange our film programme on a week by week basis.
I WANT TO BOOK A FILM SHOWING IN TWO WEEKS BUT I AM UNABLE TO SEE THE DATES AVAILABLE?
We confirm our film programme on the Monday of each week for that Friday through Thursday. We therefore usually cannot confirm until Monday evening/Tuesday morning when the new listings are live on our website, whether we will be showing a specific film in advance. We will occasionally have a blockbuster on sale early, but this will only be for its release week. The best thing to do is to keep checking our homepage for the most up to date film listings and sign-up to our weekly showtimes email to be notified first.
If you have placed a film in your watchlist and have agreed to receive email communications from us then you will be notified when this particular title goes on sale.
DO THE VENUES HAVE DISABLED ACCESS?
Our venue is fully accessible; each screen includes 2 wheelchair spaces and we have accessible toilets as well. The wheelchair seats and companion seats are bookable on the website. If possible, please let us know in advance if you require any assistance or a wheelchair space in the screen by emailing info@ealingproject.co.uk.
DO YOU ACCEPT CEA CARER CARDS (CINEMA EXHIBITIONS ASSOCIATION)?
Any person with a Cinema Exhibition Association card and accompanied by a carer pays admission for themselves, whilst the carer is entitled to free entry. These cannot be purchased online so please drop us an email at info@ealingproject.co.uk to make your reservation.
WHAT AGE IS THE CHILD TICKET FOR?
Our Child ticket applies to young people aged under 15 years old. Young people aged 15 and older would require a concession ticket.
WHAT MAKES UP A GROUP FOR YOUR FAMILY TICKET?
Family tickets are for groups of 4 with maximum 2 adults and minimum 2 children. Children must be under 15 to apply.
